“ I was in dire back pain and in need of a heating pad. I was wandering around and asked the front clerk where one might be. They seemed unsure and then swiftly swooping in was a handsome man named Rich in a nice dress shirt. He was the store manager and was very helpful and kind. It took him 2 seconds to take me and lead me right to them and he gave me two options. He was very polite, and thankful for our business. Rich knows whats up and he runs a great store Ive lived in Brecksville 33 years and it is nice to know we have a local grocery that has a strong manager. He needs a raise. ”

“ If you are not familiar with the Marcs chain they are a value grocery store with prices significantly lower than other area stores with a possible exception of Aldi. One of the main attractions is a rotating Closeouts section with unique items and excellent deals weve gotten great prices on a Shark robot vacuum, light bulbs, air conditioners, fans, toys, and more. I have been frequenting this location weekly since it opened. I have read some of the reviews regarding poor cleanliness and unhelpful staff. I dont dispute that this is possible, but I believe it to be the exception rather than the rule. I have never experienced either during my years visiting the store. Ive always found the staff to be helpful, kind, and attentive to the store. ”
